Wedding Planning
At South Wind Ranch we have three amazing planners that are here to ensure your big day goes perfectly. We don’t believe in a cookie-cutter approach but instead choose to help our couples bring their unique vision to life. Our most popular option is partial planning, but we offer additional a la carte services if desired. We can’t wait to serve you as we plan your special day and bring your visions to life.
Floral
Finding gorgeous flowers for your wedding is one of the most exciting parts of planning! We like to think of the Celebration Barn at South Wind Ranch as a blank slate for you to decorate exactly how you want. Whether its peonies, orchids, or greenery galore, we want your florals to stand out and reflect your style and ideas. At South Wind Ranch we’ve had the opportunity to work with many wonderful local florists. There is natural beauty in every direction. “Elegant” is a word we hear often.
Catering
The Ranch partners with the area’s top vendors in all categories, including catering. Ron and his partners have been operating private clubs in the Greenville market for years and they know who to call on for quality and service. SWR offers the best of the best while helping you hit your price points and stay within your event budget.
Design
As SWR has continued to grow we have created various design themes for couples to choose from. We work as a team with Brides and Event Organizers to accent your special occasion. Let your imagination run wild as the SWR team of planners assist each couple in developing their own personal look and feel. The SWR team has design backgrounds and can guide you in a direction that spells Y.O.U.!
entertainment
As each Bride or Corporate Organizer tends to have their own style of entertainment, SWR is open to all ideas. We’ve hosted 12-piece bands as well as various DJ’s. Entertainment isn’t always about music and SWR recognizes that by offering fishing, disc golf, cornhole, basketball, horseshoes, hiking, scavenger hunts, trap shooting, teambuilding exercises, and a fitness trail. With 33 acres, rolling hills, and a large lake, the entertainment ideas are endless. We love doing something unique, different, and never done before!
Photography
Photographers have called SWR a “photographer’s paradise!” When standing up at the Guest House, overlooking the North Carolina mountains, staring into The Ranch’s 3-acre spring-fed lake, and watching the sunset over the Chapel on the Lake, you sense our slice of heaven! With numerous beautiful locations on The Ranch’s 33 acres, it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly where to capture the next photo. Come see for yourself!.
