If a Saturday date is not available, consider another day as Thursday through Sunday are becoming ever popular for wedding days. Travelers Rest and Greenville are spectacular areas for friends and guests to visit. A few of the activities in the area include – golf, tennis, hiking, biking (Swamp Rabbit Trail is nationally recognized), boating, shopping, horseback riding, music, crafts, etc.
Celebration Pavilion / Barn –
Celebration Pavilion is climate controlled, on the lake, and seats 300 with an expanded patio and deck area surrounded by trees. Nestled near our 3 acre lake lined with lighted trees and wired for sound, provide the perfect romantic, natural, and exquisite venue for your special day.
Two Ceremony Sites –
Towering over the lake on a rolling hill with views of the NC mountains is the South Wind Ranch Chapel. Pugh seating and a charming chapel make this site special and memorable. Option two is the South Wind Ranch Island – located across a walkway bridge on to the lake island. It’s tailor made for a ceremony as the island can accommodate the bride and groom plus wedding party while guests sit along the lake bank.
Bridal Suite –
Away from the activity is the South Wind Ranch Bridal Suite. Relax and enjoy the preparation stages of your special day. You’ll feel comfortable with parlor chairs, plenty of mirrors, and electrical outlets!

What is the length of my special day?
Depending on your event, we reserve 8 total hours for a typical wedding event. 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Must I use the list of Preferred Vendors
Yes! We have exclusive relationships and agreements with people and organizations that we have vetted and are in alignment with our values and standards of excellence. These vendors know our venue operation and can best serve your needs to the highest standards.
We offer Valet Parking at all events. Cost is based on a per auto basis. Special transportation is provided for handicapped and elderly.
Must be purchased through our preferred caterers. No alcohol can be brought on the property. Alcohol Management will be in effect during each event.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for each event booking. Deposits secure the day/date. Dates are precious. Balances due 30 days prior to the event.
